Pipes are produced using Grades of steel from API 5L Gr-B to API 5L Grade X70. Pipes are made from carbon steel coils. After the strip is uncoiled, it proceeds to Edge Milling Unit then to the Forming section to from the pipe into Spiral (Helical) shape. The pipe is Sub-merged Arc Welded (SAW) automatically and continuously, internally and externally. Then the pipe is cut to the desired length. Beveling operation is done for both sides to be ready for field joining
