يجب ارتداء بطاقة الزائر بشكل ظاهر في جميع الأوقات أثناء التواجد في مقر الشركة
:قيود الوصول
يُسمح للزائر بالدخول إلى المناطق المصرح بها فقط، ولا يجوز له دخول المناطق المقيدة أو التشغيلية دون موافقة مسبقة
:مسؤولية المضيف
يجب أن يكون الزائر برفقة المضيف المعين من الشركة في جميع الأوقات ما لم يتم التصريح بخلاف ذلك
:الامتثال للسلامة والأمن
يجب على جميع الزوار الالتزام بقواعد السلامة وإجراءات الأمن والتعليمات المقدمة من موظفي الشركة
الصحة والسلامة ومعدات الوقاية الشخصية: (PPE)
يُطلب من الزوار ارتداء معدات الحماية الشخصية المناسبة عند الاقتضاء والالتزام بجميع إرشادات الصحة والسلامة
:السرية
يُحظر التصوير الفوتوغرافي أو تسجيل الفيديو أو الصوت أو الإفصاح عن معلومات الشركة إلا إذا تم الحصول على إذن كتابي مسبق
:المواد المحظورة
لا يُسمح بحمل الأسلحة أو المواد الخطرة أو أي مواد محظورة داخل مقر الشركة
:الفقد أو التلف
يجب الإبلاغ فورًا عن فقدان أو تلف بطاقة الزائر إلى الأمن أو الاستقبال
:المسؤولية
لا تتحمل الشركة أي مسؤولية عن أي فقد أو تلف أو إصابة ناتجة عن عدم الالتزام بقواعد الشركة وتعليمات السلامة
:الصلاحية
هذه البطاقة صالحة فقط للتاريخ والغرض المحدد ولا يجوز نقلها إلى شخص آخر
:حق الرفض
تحتفظ الشركة بحق إلغاء الوصول أو مرافقة الزائر خارج المبنى في أي وقت إذا تم انتهاك الشروط
Identification Requirement: This visitor card must be worn visibly at all times while on company premises.
Access Restriction: The visitor is permitted access only to authorized areas and must not enter restricted or operational zones without prior approval.
Host Responsibility: Visitors must be accompanied by their designated company host at all times unless otherwise authorized.
Safety & Security Compliance: All visitors must comply with company safety rules, security procedures, and instructions provided by company personnel.
Health, Safety & PPE: Visitors are required to wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) where applicable and follow all health and safety guidelines.
Confidentiality: Photography, video recording, audio recording, or disclosure of company information is strictly prohibited unless written permission is granted.
Prohibited Items: Carrying weapons, hazardous materials, or any prohibited items is not allowed on company premises.
Loss or Damage: Loss or damage of the visitor card must be reported immediately to security or reception.
Liability: The company shall not be held responsible for loss, damage, or injury resulting from failure to follow company rules and safety instructions.
Validity: This visitor card is valid only for the date and purpose issued and must not be transferred to another person.
Right of Refusal: The company reserves the right to revoke access or escort visitors off the premises at any time if terms are violated.
